Bikini Beach on Fehendhoo is the only place where tourists may wear swimsuits — elsewhere modest clothing is required, and nude or topless sunbathing is prohibited. Alcohol is not allowed on local islands, and visitors should respect cultural norms, avoid loud music near homes, and keep the island clean.
